What do you do with super-villains escape from the best prisons on Earth, time and time again? Why, banish them to another planet of course! JLA: Salvation Run is the story of this penal colony of the world's worst criminals try to survive and escape on a dangerous planet far from home. One faction falls under the leadership of Lex Luthor (naturally), while a rival faction forms under the Joker. It's a fun, fast-paced book and includes the death of a couple of super-villains in especially gory ways. If, like me, you often think the bad guys are more interesting than the good ones, this is a book worth picking up.
